Our purpose is to act as a Healthcare Coalition throughout Northeast Wyoming; to provide a collaborative network of healthcare organizations, primarily to assist with the coordination of Emergency Management and Emergency Support in an effort to bolster preparedness, response, recovery, and mitigation activities.
